Label A is Retina - Contains photoreceptors i.e., rods and cones.

Label B is Blind spot - It has no rods and cones.

Label D is Choroid - Its posterior part forms ciliary body.

Label C is Aqueous chamber - It provides nutrition to the eye, as well as maintains the eye in a pressurized state.
