Detailed Solution
In female frog, there is no functional connection between ovaries and kidneys, unlike in male frog in which vasa efferentia arising from testes enter the kidney and open into Bidder’s canal. Bidder’s canal communicates with the urinogenital duct that comes out of the kidneys and opens into the cloaca. Ureters act as urinogenital ducts in male frog. In female, ureters and oviducts are separate.
