Lake B has more dissolved oxygen in the water than lake A. Lake A is formed before lake B.
The new lake is cold and has more dissolved oxygen. As the silt and organic debris piles up and warm- water organisms start growing, then the water becomes warm and the dissolved oxygen in the water decreases.
