What is common to earthworm and silkworm?

Both annelids (e.g., earthworm) and arthropods (e.g., silkworm) are coelomates and exhibit metamerism. Chitinous exoskeleton and jointed legs are absent in annelids. Circulatory system of annelids is closed type while that of arthropods is open type.
