The Board of Secondary Education, Telangana (BSE Telangana), also referred to as TS BSE, functions as an autonomous body under the Ministry of Secondary Education, Telangana. It comprises two key divisions:
The Directorate of Government Examinations (SSC Board), responsible for conducting Class 10 examinations.
The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE), which oversees pre-university or Intermediate education (Classes 11 and 12).
Beyond examinations, the board is also responsible for designing the syllabus, publishing textbooks, setting question papers, and announcing exam schedules for Classes 1 to 12 across the state.
The Telangana State Board of Secondary Education (TS BSE), established in June 2014, oversees both secondary and intermediate education in the state. It conducts the Class 10 and Class 12 examinations, designs the syllabus and curriculum, publishes textbooks, and declares the results of public examinations.

The TS SSC exam schedule for Class 10 students will be announced on December 20, 2025. The exams will be held from March 21, 2026, to April 4, 2026. The detailed timetable is as follows:

The TS Board assigns grades to students based on their marks. A 4-grade system is used, and the details are as follows:
