The magnetic moment of the loop is μ=niA where n is the number of turns, i is the current and A is the area-vector. The direction of A  is determined by the sense of the  current and in this case it lies in the fourth quadrant making an angle θ=37° with the  negative y-axis. Torque  Γ=μ×B=niA×B
Thus,   Γ=100×(2A)×12×104m2×1T×sin370=0.144Nm
The torque is along the positive z-axis.
