The National Testing Agency has opened the Re NEET 2026 Answer Key Challenge window for candidates who appeared in the NEET UG 2026 re-examination. Candidates can now check the Re NEET 2026 Provisional Answer Key and raise objections if they find any answer incorrect.
The NEET UG 2026 re-exam was held on 21 June 2026, Sunday, from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM IST. NTA released the provisional answer keys on 25 June 2026. Candidates can challenge the answer key online from 25 June 2026 to 28 June 2026.
For every question challenged, candidates need to pay ₹200. This fee will be refunded in full if the challenge is accepted by the expert panel.
The Re NEET 2026 Provisional Answer Key is now available for candidates who appeared in the NEET UG re-examination. NTA has uploaded the question papers of all four sets on its website, and the provisional answer keys are available on the NEET UG website.
Candidates can check the provisional answer key and submit objections only through the official online process. Challenges sent by email, fax, letter, post, or any other mode will not be accepted.
The answer key challenge process has started while the scanning of OMR sheets is still in progress. This has been done to allow candidates to review the provisional answer key early and to help NTA declare the result at the earliest possible date.
Candidates must submit their objections within the given time period. No challenge will be accepted after the deadline.

The Question Paper Series Code is printed on the cover page of the test booklet that the candidate took home from the exam centre. Candidates must enter the same Series Code while raising the challenge. This helps NTA match the challenge with the paper that the candidate actually attempted.
