English Class 12 Syllabus 2025-26 Core English

The Class 12 English exam 2025-26 will have total 100 marks. Out of these, the main written paper will be for 80 marks, and the rest 20 marks will come from Listening and Speaking Skills. Many students forget about this 20-mark section, but it’s important if you want to get high marks overall.

These 20 marks are divided like this – Listening Skills will carry 5 marks, Speaking Skills will also be 5 marks, and the remaining 10 marks are for Project Work.
