Dear all,
First of all, let me express my heartfelt gratitude to each one of you for being present today. This gathering has been specially arranged to officially announce the launch of XYZ Dance Academy. Starting a dance academy has always been one of my cherished dreams, especially after learning Classical Dance. But more than that, my true motivation was to create a space where special children can find joy through art. This academy is a charitable initiative, and I am delighted to share that we will begin classes from next month.
Before I end this program, I cannot proceed without appreciating individuals who contributed greatly to the fulfilment of this dream and the success of this day event.
To begin with, my humble gratitude to the State Government and the local authorities of the place where I have got permission to set up the academy. This being a charity school too many formalities and paperwork were needed.

The timely support of our respected MLA, who approved all documents without delay, was a true blessing. Sir, words will never be enough to convey my gratitude.
I also wish to extend my thanks to GBH Co., MNC Pvt. Co., and MC & Sons for not only funding the academy but also sponsoring this event. Your belief in my vision and your generous support made this dream possible.
My heartfelt appreciation goes to the organising team and planners who worked tirelessly to bring this event to life. From planning to execution, everything was done with such dedication and passion. The success of this evening belongs majorly to you.
I cannot forget the artists who performed today. Every performance—be it dance, music, drama, or solos—was simply brilliant. Each of you brought a new energy to the stage. The final act, which beautifully captured the dream behind this academy, was truly moving for me. Thank you for making it so special.
Special thanks to all the parents who enrolled their children with us already. Our faith in XYZ Dance Academy gives us a greater responsibility and we commit to be faithful to our promises.
I also want to acknowledge the media team for covering today’s program. The fact that this event will soon be featured on a popular channel will surely help spread our mission to more people.
Most importantly, I want to thank the little children present here. Watching you sit through the program with such enthusiasm and curiosity gives me immense hope that this academy will grow into something very meaningful and loved.
Looking ahead, we plan to expand and open branches in two more locations across the state. Our purpose remains the same—to support special children and those from financially weaker backgrounds. I request all of you to help us spread this vision far and wide.
With this, I bring my speech to a close. Thank you all once again for all your blessings, love and support.
Ladies and gentleman
First of all, let me sincerely thank each one of you for joining us today and helping make this program a meaningful success. For me, this is not just another event—it is both a heavy responsibility and an emotional moment, as we gather here to address a very sensitive issue: child trafficking and child abuse, which sadly continues to exist in many corners of our state.
As most of you know, our organisation is a non-governmental body, dedicated to welfare and protection of children, especially those under 19 years of age. Over the past few years, we have received countless reports from parents in rural and remote areas, sharing their pain about children being forced into domestic work in cities and subjected to abuse and mistreatment. These heartbreaking cases urged us to take action against such inhuman practices.
I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. A from the Human Resource Department, who first proposed organising this cultural event to raise awareness. My thanks also go to all our dedicated team members whose hard work and commitment made this initiative possible. Child abuse is a grave issue that many ignore, believing their own families are safe—yet the problem runs much deeper.
A big thank you to the organisers, event planners, and developers who, despite the short timeline, made this gathering so beautifully executed. I am equally grateful to our generous sponsors and to the owner of this venue, who allowed us to use this platform free of cost. Your contributions have been invaluable.
Special appreciation goes to the artists who performed today—your soulful songs, powerful acts, and dance pieces, all done voluntarily, truly touched our hearts. I also thank our media partners and PR team for ensuring that this message reaches far and wide through live coverage. Lastly, my deepest thanks to the Government and local authorities for recognising the importance of this cause and granting us permission to host such an event.
This collective effort reflects how committed we all are towards fighting child abuse, not only in our state but eventually across the nation.
Now, I would like to draw your attention to the core purpose of today’s gathering. We are here with one clear mission: to put an end to child abuse. We all know child labour is illegal, and any institution that employs children below 18 faces legal punishment. But what we often overlook are the private households, where young children are employed as maids and subjected to hidden forms of torture and exploitation.
The reality is harsh—many families living below the poverty line, especially in remote areas, struggle even to provide basic needs for their children. Taking advantage of their helplessness, traffickers and anti-social elements lure these parents with false promises, only to sell their children into bonded labour, domestic servitude, flesh trade, organ trafficking, and other heinous crimes.
Friends, this is not an issue we can afford to ignore. It demands our united effort and firm resolve. Today, along with thanking you for your presence, I also request each one of you to take an oath—never to employ a child below 18 in your home, shop, or factory. Change begins at home, and by setting this example, we can collectively fight this evil and give our children the safe and dignified life they deserve.
Thank you once again for standing with us in this noble cause.
So here’s the time to conclude this event and bid goodbye to you all. But before I leave, I would like to raise a toast for our great host today. Thank you so so much Mr. Steve for organizing this extravaganza event.

Respected Principal, Honorable Teachers, and My Dear Students,
At the very beginning, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all of you for being present on this wonderful occasion of Sports Day. As a sports trainer, it is truly an honor for me to host this memorable event. I must also appreciate our enthusiastic students who have been eagerly waiting to showcase their talent and be part of today’s activities.
In today’s fast-paced world, filled with technology and stress, we often forget to take care of our health. Somewhere, we are missing out on building a strong fitness routine. That is why events like Sports Day are so important—they remind us of the value of sports and the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle. As a sports trainer, I consider it my duty to spread awareness about the countless benefits of sports in our daily lives.
Unfortunately, in many schools and families, sports are still seen as a secondary subject. Some parents push their children only towards academics, ignoring their physical well-being. While they want their children to excel mentally, they often forget that physical health is just as essential. I strongly believe that both mental and physical fitness go hand in hand, and our school sets a great example by giving equal importance to sports and academics.
Sports are not just about physical activity; they also build discipline, teamwork, time management, and confidence. They shape students into all-rounders rather than limiting them to textbooks. Good health of both body and mind is the true foundation of success. That is why sports should be an integral part of every school curriculum and every individual’s daily routine.
If we make sports and physical activities a part of our everyday life, we will surely gain better health, positivity, and balance in life. It doesn’t require much effort, but it truly makes life more energetic and fulfilling. I sincerely hope all of you will carry this thought with you and implement it in your lives.
Before I conclude, I would like to express my deepest thanks to our respected Principal Sir and Manager Sir for giving me the opportunity to host this event and for always encouraging sports among students. I feel proud to be a part of this institution as a sports teacher, and I am confident that today will be remembered as one of the most special days in our school’s journey.
I wish you all a great day ahead!
Thank you!!
