Over the years, this place has been my training ground, my second home, and the place that helped me grow not just as a professional but also as a person. With time and guidance, I was entrusted with greater responsibilities, and within 5 years, I was honored to become an HR Manager.

None of this would have been possible without the support of my leader, Ms. X, who has been my biggest inspiration. She has guided me like a mentor, corrected me like a teacher, and encouraged me like a friend. To her, and to so many of you who shaped my career, I owe my deepest gratitude.

I also want to thank my colleagues, who gave me healthy competition, constant motivation, and lifelong friendships. On a lighter note, I often worked harder because of the energy and enthusiasm you all brought to the workplace.

Special thanks go to the technology team, who patiently supported me—even at odd hours—whenever I needed complex data. The administration team also deserves my appreciation for always being open to my ideas, no matter how unusual, and for helping me bring them to life. After serious consideration, I chose this route for my growth, but you all will remain in my memories and heart.

In six years, this company has felt like a second home. Since my very first day, all of you welcomed me with open arms and took the time to guide me. It didn't just stop there. We celebrated our successes and sifted through our problems together. What developed and continues to develop were friendships beyond the four walls of an office.

Words can never accurately capture my appreciation for each of you. Your encouragement, collaboration, and respect helped mold me to become a better professional and a better person. We put in a great deal of work and effort, but we also laughed, shared ideas, and challenged each other to become better versions of ourselves. Working like this is what makes this company unique, and I hope that it will continue and be more than the previous years.

I would especially like to thank management for trusting me with tasks that often appeared larger than myself to manage. Those challenges cultivated my learning of resilience, leadership, and patience. One of the notable career moments here was being given the title of Assistant Manager in Sales. It made me improve on my problem-solving ability, better communicate with clients and balance contradictory perspectives—370 degrees of nuance.

I genuinely wish for the company to continue reaching for loftier goals, grapple with larger projects, and make a place for newer opportunities for younger individuals!
