The National Testing Agency, also known as NTA, has issued important guidelines for the smooth and secure conduct of the NEET UG 2026 Re-Examination. As per the official press release, the NEET UG 2026 re-exam is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 21 June 2026.

The exam will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM IST. Candidates eligible for compensatory time under the PwD or PwBD category will be allowed to write the examination up to 6:20 PM.

The NTA has also confirmed that the re-examination will be conducted across 551 cities in India and 14 cities abroad for more than 22.79 lakh candidates.
