    Introduction

Charles Darwin was an English scientist in the nineteenth century. Charles Darwin (1809 – 1882) on evolution marks the beginning of an era of understanding evolution. At the age of 22, he led a tour of H.M.S.Beagle (1831), studying a variety of plants and animals from different parts of the world, found Galapagos Island to be a very interesting, “living evolutionary laboratory”.

    • Darwin called the Natural Selection the basis for evolution – and all living things, including man, have evolved from mutated offspring.

    Influenced by the ideas of

T.R. Malthus (1799) – An Essay on People
Charles Lyell (1832) – Principles of Geology
III. Herbert Spencer (1856) – A Vision of Powerful Survival

Later, with the help of Lyell and Hooker Darwin, he published (1859) his complete book “Origin of New Species by Natural Selection”: “The Preservation of Races in the Struggle for Life”.

Alfred Russel Wallace (1823 – 19130) studied plants and animals in Southeast Asia and South America.

v He came to the conclusion that Darwin supported in the paper “The tendency of the various forms of self-abnegation to the real species.”

Thus, Darwin and Wallace co-authored a paper entitled “On the Tendency of biodiversity to form species and the evolution of biodiversity and natural selection.”

v In 1859, Darwin defined the evolution theory “On the origin of species by means of natural selection” popularly known as “the origin of species”.

The “origin of species” (1859) provides ample evidence for the evolution of evolution.

Charles Darwin became known as “the Father of Evolution” because of his outstanding role in developing the theory of evolution.

Theory Of Evolution and Elements of Natural Selection by Charles Darwin

Earth resources are limited. Therefore, societies of different kinds cannot expand beyond a certain limit, leading to a struggle for existence.

In the struggle for survival, only those surviving members have useful resources, which means nature chooses the right people. This was called natural selection.

This is the basis for the development of new species of animals. Therefore, he believed evolution to be a slow and long process.

No two living things are exactly alike. Under a certain set of natural conditions, certain people of a certain species have a variety that often adapts in the most beneficial way to adapt to external conditions, while other people of the same species have undesirable diversity and thus are at risk in relation to the same set of environmental factors.

Differences in small morphological, physiological and behavioral differences between individuals.

Darwin asserted that species could change over time, that new species evolved from existing species and that all species had a common ancestor.

Darvin’s theory of theory was based on the following ideas:

    • Symptoms are inherited
    • Survival in the creator produces more offspring
    • Genetic markers vary

Darwin’s views on natural selection are as follows:

Types continue to change or change over time. Climate change is also changing the conditions for survival and the living thing needs to adapt to that environment in order to survive. This unusual change over a period of time that is not defined in terms of standard requirements is known as flexibility.

In Darwin’s view, high-level changes are naturally occurring and some are removed from the environment. In line with these lines, not all types add to the standard improvement.

He researched the birds of the Galapagos Islands (Darwin’s finches) that form different beaks or beaks according to the accessibility of their food. This showed flexibility in radiation. He also noted that the Australian Marsupials show a variety of marsupials from certain ancestors.

Almost every living thing has the same ancestral background as a particular creature. According to Darwin, all living things descended from a common ancestor and continued to grow from that point on. His theories and views of evolution support the established view.

According to Darwin, evolution is a long, slow process. He assumed that the end would come suddenly. As we study evolution, we are often referring to the changes that take place over a period of millions of years. It is a very stable cycle as the changes and adaptability take up most of the day to stay and lead to a different one.

Natural selection occurs in four different ways

    • Reproduction

For natural selection to follow certain people, that number must also produce a new generation. Species are interbreeding to preserve the life of every species on earth. If the species stops reproducing, this species will disappear after some time. The higher the fertility rate, the less likely a person is to survive.

    • Heredity

Genetic transfer from one parent to another or from one generation to the next is called heredity. Definition of genetic biology may also refer to the link between a genetic component and an individual’s genetic code instead of genetic factors.

    • Variety of characteristics

Environmental selection is possible among many people where community members have different characteristics. For example, research on natural color choices among people requires different people to change tones. Without a variety of traits or traits, there will be no change in natural traits to “choose” over others.

    • Variety in fitness

Scientifically speaking, fitness is more important than your general definition. Within the framework of development, they qualify for the ability of the living person to survive and reproduce. Changing the appropriate degrees for individuals is essential for natural selection to take place. Few people have the qualities that make them better and more productive than others.

    FAQs

Why is Charles Darwin regarded as the father of evolution?

Charles Darwin is recognized as the father of evolution for his contribution to the development of the theory of evolution. His theory helped to dispel all the ancient myths about the formation of supernatural beings by the Almighty. Darwin's theory of evolution provided a sound explanation for the evolution of new species. Like life, a variety of species evolved from a single species as a result of adapting to a changing environment.

    Q. How Does Natural Selection Happen in Living Things?

Ans: Natural selection occurs in four different ways as follows: –

Variety – Occasional changes in living organisms often result in new species.

Inheritance – The transfer of diversity from generation to generation eventually leads to interpretation.

High Human Growth Rate – This results in an increase in the number of species that are reproduced by an animal rather than by the environment, which may lead to the extinction of that species.

Different Survival and Production – High variability causes the survival of an organism and therefore low or negative variability causes extinction. Higher changes are those that are inherited during production.
