What is Boa?
The boa constrictor is a non-venomous snake found in tropical South and Central America. It is the heaviest snake in the Western Hemisphere, and can grow to be over 20 feet long. The boa constrictor’s diet consists mostly of small mammals, but it will also eat birds, lizards, and other snakes. The boa constrictor is a constrictor, meaning it kills its prey by coiling around it and squeezing.
