- Candidates who took the exam was given a WBJEE 2018 admission card, which they provided at the exam centre. Candidates had their documents to confirm admission while physically attending the WBJEE 2018 consultation checked.
- Applicants passed the 10+2 exam or an equivalent test with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as core subjects and a minimum aggregate score of 60% (45% for Restricted category applicants) in three subjects.
