    What is Phylum Arthropoda?

    • Arthropoda is the group of animals that have specialised joint appendages, an adaptation seen in their legs.

    For example, spiders, cockroaches, ants, beetles, etc.

    Arthropods

    • Arthropods are triploblastic and coelomate organisms, their body is developed from three germ layers: endoderm, mesoderm,and ectoderm.
    • The body has a true body cavity. They have three major divisions of their body: head, thorax, and abdomen.

    The Structure of Arthropods

    • The complete body has segments which help to locate the various internal organs.
