The original study goal is to determine the characteristics that influence students’ productivity and satisfaction in e-learning even during COVID–19 pandemic period, as well as the link among these parameters. The data for the study came from 544 respondents who were enrolled in managerial accounting or hospitality and tourism programs at Indian colleges and completed an online survey. The research hypotheses were examined using a vector error correction model. The findings suggest that four different criteria included in the study, namely teacher quality, course design, fast assessment, and student anticipation, have a favorable effect on learners’ happiness, which in turn has a beneficial impact on students’ productivity. Those four issues are vital for school culture to achieve high levels of satisfaction and effectiveness.

COVID-19, as either a worldwide health catastrophe, has had a devastating impact on individuals around the globe, despite country borders, in terms of their business, culture, and nutrition security. Higher education was among the most affected industries, with one of the largest disturbances during the blackout times, despite the fact that most nations have attempted to keep their key economic activities going. However, such actions did not grant to universities (HEIs), which were forced to close altogether once head activities were suspended in order to prevent the disease from spreading between their students and employees, and hence the broader public.

With COVID-19 epidemic and ONLINE LEARNING

The interruption of school and college class sessions to the epidemic has impacted nearly 1.5 billion youths throughout the world, per the International Organization of Colleges (IAU) [12]. As a reason, governments now have to rely heavily on the c h modalities, which may be characterized as teachable moments facilitated by information tools, to ensure education continuity while striving to limit the pandemic. Many HEIs, on the other hand, are insufficient to cope successfully with the abrupt shift from on-site classrooms towards on forums, either given the lack of technology or a lack of appropriate didactic projects. Many research investigations have been conducted around the world to better elucidate the rationale and extent of COVID-19’s impacts.

    Contentment to e-learning among pupils

Learner happiness has been found to be an accurate indicator of the performance of Information and communication technology activities in e-learning contexts. Researchers have discovered a link between learners’ perceptions of their educational excellence and their satisfaction using respective e-learning surroundings. Participants’ happiness with e-learning instruction is linked to major precursors such as online conversations, laptop productivity, online abilities, instructor assistance, instructional strategy, teaching effectiveness, type of results and activity, and engineering services, according to the scholarship. Ambient variables such as heat, humidity, and noise were identified as key predictors of learners’ e-learning success during the COVID-19 epidemic.

The pleasure and performance of the students

Many extensive frameworks for assessing e-learning efficiency have also been developed. The model (TAM) is a simple way to evaluate the impact of two religious views perceived usefulness and ease of using it users’ expressed intent to use a particular technology, and thus gives a great predictor of student teachers’ support and engagement in e-learning, that either impact their effectiveness. Rizun makes a comment using a TAM modification that implies that e-learning acceptability is linked to achievement and self. Per DeLone and McLean, system implementation number, variety, and intensity during which an individual employs the abilities of a particular data system–have a direct relationship with users’ happiness and digital success.

    Technique and Layout

The findings of a retrospective study on the elements determining the effectiveness of online training, as well as how it affects participants’ commitment and loyalty, were provided in the research study. A total of 40 empirical papers were critically analyzed for the review article. For the scientific report, the domestic and international studies evaluated publication and research papers written in the last four years on digital training including e-learning throughout COVID-19. The publications were chosen from Google, Web of science, Linkedin, Emerald, and Elsevier libraries, among others. The members of the group reviewed the papers and conducted the qualitative approach by hand.

Faculty Loyalty and Its Impact on Teaching Quality

73.9 percent of lecturers claim that online learning is not successful due to a number of issues they’ve encountered, including insufficient office ease of access, web-related issues, expensive Internet expenses, difficulty in giving objective assessments and guiding them, and a lot of time should be invested (Fauzi & Sastra Khusuma, 2020). Lecturers should pay great attention to the learner’s readiness, execution, and satisfaction when giving online lectures.

The Effect of Higher Student Achievement on Digital Literacy Adherence

Improved student refers to the degree to which a student loves participating in digital instruction. According to Almusharraf and Khahro, when creating courses, institutions should analyze variables that affect online learning efficiency, particularly when the institutes’ techniques influence learners’ happiness and other course-related qualities (2020). When creating courses for students, colleges should assess their satisfaction with digital training and the instruments that schools may provide to boost their commitment (Riaz et al., 2011). Factors that influence the efficiency of online learning, such as technical obstacles, a lack of social support, and a sense of isolation, according to Ghaderizefreh and Hoover (2018), have an impact on student motivation and moods.

    Discussions and Results

This study identified a variety of problems and counter-arguments to online learning’s effectiveness. Learning underachievement can be defined as issues that impede virtual learning activity even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Academic challenges during the disease outbreak have an impact on the internet means improved, which has been defined as a lack of concern and involvement in college courses, difficulty clarifying doubts in digital learning compared to physical classroom work, inability to understand the lessons, lack of group discussions, lack of effective communication, difficulties paying full attention to their online learning, and other issues. As a result, academic concerns influenced learners’ pleasure throughout the COVID-19 outbreak, as expected in Hypothesis 1.
