CBSE Class 11 Physical Education Syllabus: Practical Evaluation Criteria
- Physical Fitness Test (SAI Khelo India Test, Brockport Physical Fitness Test – BPFT): Students will be evaluated based on their performance in the designated physical fitness tests. The maximum score allocated for this section is 6 marks.
- Proficiency in Games and Sports: Students will demonstrate their skill in any one IOA-recognized Sport/Game of their choice. Evaluation will be based on their proficiency, technique, and understanding of the game. The maximum score allocated for this section is 7 marks.
- Yogic Practices: Students will perform various Yogic practices and asanas. Evaluation will be based on their posture, alignment, breathing techniques, and overall execution of Yogic practices. The maximum score allocated for this section is 7 marks.
- Record File: Students will maintain a record file documenting their progress, achievements, and reflections related to Physical Education activities. The record file will be assessed for completeness, accuracy, and organisation. The maximum score allocated for this section is 5 marks.
- Viva Voce (Health/ Games & Sports/ Yoga): Students will undergo a viva voce session where they will be questioned on topics related to Health, Games & Sports, or Yoga. The session aims to assess their understanding and knowledge of theoretical concepts. The maximum score allocated for this section is 5 marks.
