$\frac{1}{2} {mv}^{2} (1 + \frac{K^{2}}{R^{2}}) = mgh \Rightarrow 8 (1 + \frac{1}{2}) = 10 h$

$\frac{h}{l} = \sin 30^{\circ}; l = 2.4 cm$
