Timer Procedure Pour about 1 ml of each fruit juice into a separate test tube.
Add distilled water to each test tube until the volume is 10 ml.
Add 1 ml of white vinegar to the apple, grapefruit, orange, and pineapple juices.
Add 1 ml of hydrochloric acid (HCl) to the grape, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, and blueberry juices.
Add 1 ml of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) to the cranberry juice.
Label each test tube with the name of the fruit juice.
Set up the pH meter according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Take a reading for each juice.
