Kendriya Vidyalaya Fees 2024-25: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan collects fees for students from Class 1 to 12 on a quarterly basis. You can pay these fees online or offline. The online payment portal for the first quarter of 2024 opens in May.

To pay online, visit the official KVS website at kvsangathan.nic.in. You can also use internet banking from Union Bank of India.

For offline payments, students must submit the generated fee challan and payment to a Union Bank of India branch. You’ll need a 15-digit unique student ID and your date of birth to make the payment. Fees for the 2024-25 academic year must be paid within the first 15 days of each quarter.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Fees 2024-25

Compared to private schools where admission fees can be quite high, Kendriya Vidyalaya charges a minimal fee of just Rs 25 for admission. This fee is the same for all Kendriya Vidyalayas nationwide because the fee system is standardized. (KVS), which operates under the Ministry of Education of the Central Government, is in charge of setting fees and other financial matters for KVs. While KVS provides guidelines, individual central schools have some flexibility in setting their fees.

For KVS, the admission fee is Rs 25, and the re-admission fee is Rs 100. Monthly tuition fees are Rs 200 for Class 9 and 10 students, Rs 300 for Class 11 and 12 Commerce and Arts (boys) students, and Rs 400 for Science students.

Students in Classes 1, 2, and 3 are exempt from computer funds, but after the third class, they need to pay Rs 100 for the computer fund. The computer Science fee for elective subjects in Classes 11 and 12 is Rs 150, and there’s a mandatory monthly deposit of Rs 500 for the School Development Fund from Class 1 to 12.
