CBSE Class 10 Computer Science Paper Analysis 2024 – Marking Scheme
1. This Question Paper has 5 Sections A-E.
2. All Questions are compulsory. However, internal choices have been provided in some of the questions.
3. Section A has 12 questions carrying 01 mark each.
4. Section B has 7 Short Answer (SA-I) type questions carrying 02 marks each.
5. Section C has 4 Short Answer (SA-II) type questions carrying 03 marks each.
6. Section D has 1 Long Answer (LA) type question carrying 04 marks.
7. Section E has 2 Source based /Case-based /Passage based Questions carrying 04 marks each.

CBSE Class 10 Computer Science Paper Analysis 2024: Students’ Review
As per Students , CBSE Class 10 Computer Application Paper was scoring. The CBSE Class 10 Computer Application questions were easy and mostly from the syllabus. Section A comprised of objective type questions and was doable, while the difficulty level of descriptive portion is reviewed as moderate to high level. Students discovered that two hours were sufficient to complete the paper with revisions.
CBSE Class 10 Computer Science Paper Analysis: Experts’ Review
Like class 10 students, experts also found the CBSE Class 10 Computer Science paper moderately difficult with having a few Higher Order Thinking Skill type questions. However, experts also mentioned that one having a clear conceptual understanding and thorough knowledge of NCERT would have easily managed to solve all questions. On the good side, nothing in the paper was asked outside the prescribed syllabus and 95% of questions were simple and direct. The paper could have troubled only those who had not read the NCERT book thoroughly.
