CUET PG 2024
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is a prestigious all-India-level examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). It serves as the gateway to undergraduate courses offered by various participating institutions. Before 2021, the exam was known as the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET), a name bestowed upon it by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
However, the UGC decided to rebrand the test, hence renaming it CUET. The exam takes place once a year and is administered in more than 500 cities across India and internationally. Initially, CUCET was conducted in a traditional paper-pencil-based format by the UGC. However, since last year, the NTA has taken over the responsibility of conducting the examination, and it is now conducted in a modern computer-based mode.

CUET PG 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must satisfy the eligibility criteria before appearing for the CUET PG exam.
- Educational Qualification
Candidates with a degree equivalent to a bachelor’s can take the CUET PG 2024 exam.
Candidates applying for the CUET PG 2024 must have a bachelor’s degree in any field (arts, science, commerce, etc.) from a recognized university. Candidates who are in their final year of study can also apply for the CUET PG 2024 exam.
- Age Limit
There is no specific age limit for appearing in the CUET 2024 exam. However, candidates must fulfill the age criteria (if any) set by the University/Institution/Organization to which they seek admission.
- Nationality Criteria
Candidates must be Indian citizens to be eligible for the CUET exam. Additionally, individuals belonging to the following categories are also eligible:
- Constituent subjects of Nepal and Bhutan.
- Tibetan refugees who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, and have settled in India with the intention of making it their permanent home.
- Individuals from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam who have permanently migrated to India.

CUET PG 2024 Registration Process
- To apply, visit CUET’s official website.
- Choose the ‘Register for CUET PG 2024’ option.
- Now, enter your name, email address, birthday, and cellphone number into the registration form.
- Applicants’ registered cellphone numbers and email addresses will receive a registration ID and password.
- Candidates must now log in with their login credentials and complete the CUET PG 2024 application form.
- Candidates must complete the form with their personal, academic, and contact information.
- Candidates need to fill out these details very carefully:
- Name of the candidate
- E-mail ID of the candidate
- The phone number of the candidate
- The religion of the candidate
- Nationality of the candidate
- Profession of parent or guardian
- Aadhar number of the candidate
- Employment status of the candidate
- The gender of the candidate
- Name of father/ guardian
- The category that the candidate belongs to i.e. general, OBC, SC, ST, etc
- Phone number of the father or guardian
- Candidates must select their exam location. Candidates cannot change their exam location after the application deadline has passed. Before taking the admissions exam, candidates must select colleges and programs. Candidates can only apply to three different programs.
- Applicants must submit the following documents: A scanned copy of their most recent passport-size colored photograph. A scanned image of a clear signature on blank white paper.
- Candidates must choose a payment method from the options provided. Select ‘Pay Now’ by clicking on it. Payment options for candidates include UPI, credit card, debit card, and online banking.
