IIT Roorkee 2024 Admission Started
IIT Roorkee is now accepting applications for B.Tech Admission in 2024 based on JEE Advanced Scores. You can get your JEE Advanced 2024 Admit Card from the official website @jeeadv.ac.in. The exam is scheduled for May 26, 2024, and the results will be out on June 9, 2024, at 10 AM.

IIT Roorkee’s admission process for 2024 mainly relies on entrance exams. These exams are held nationally by different organizations. IIT Roorkee Application Process 2024
The process to apply to IIT Roorkee happens online. You need to pay a fee to complete your application. Make sure all the information you provide is correct. Here’s how to apply for some popular courses:
- For BTech and B.Arch, you apply through the JEE (Main) website. Boys pay INR 625, girls pay INR 325.
- For MBA, apply through the CAT website.
- MTech candidates register for GATE on their website. Boys pay INR 1,500, girls pay INR 750.

IIT Roorkee Cutoff 2024
The 2023 cutoff for IIT Roorkee was decided after the Round 6 of JoSSA Counselling. Among the different specializations, B.Tech. in CSE and B.Tech. in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence were highly competitive. The closing rank for B.Tech. in CSE in the last round was 412 in 2023, compared to 413 in 2022 and 414 in 2021 for General All India category students. This shows an improving trend over the past three years.
For OBC category students, the cutoff for B.Tech. in CSE was 196 in 2023, 213 in 2022, and 196 in 2021 under the All India Quota. This indicates a fluctuating trend over the last three years.
