Solution:
Swaraj for plantation workers in Assam means freedom of right to move freely to roam inside or outside of confined space to live without restrictions. Britishers forced plantation workers to leave their village and live where Britishers were allowed in nearby tea plantation areas so that they would care for the plants. As a result, Britishers exploited planters too much. Plantation workers suffered from this law. But when they heard about Swaraj and Gandhi, they thought the time was coming when all difficulties and suffering would end for planters. Swaraj means the right of freedom to move freely everywhere in which planters were enclosed.
