VITEEE 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The VIT Vellore has released the eligibility criteria for VITEEE 2024 on its official website. To be eligible for VITEEE 2024, candidates must fulfil specific eligibility criteria as mentioned below:
- Age Limit: Candidates appearing for VITEEE 2024 must be born on or before July 1, 2000, to meet the age eligibility criteria.
- Qualifying Examination: Applicants should have passed or be appearing in 2024 in any of the following examinations:
- 10+2 or Higher Secondary Exam by CBSE or ISCE.
- A two-year pre-university exam or intermediate exam conducted by a recognized board/university. 3. International Baccalaureate Diploma or high school certificate exam from Cambridge University.
- General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
- Candidates from NIOS are also eligible for VITEEE 2024.
- Qualifying Marks: Candidates need to secure a minimum aggregate of 55% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination. SC/ST category candidates from Jammu and Kashmir/Ladakh and specific North-Eastern states are eligible with 46% aggregate marks.
- Nationality: Candidates must be Indian nationals, NRIs, or foreign nationals to be eligible for VITEEE 2024.
