The impact of flexible labour laws on workers is that the MNCs started to hire them temporarily for employment with no job security. Due to the rising competition in the market, producers employ labourers based on flexible jobs, even in the organized sector. That means the labourers don’t have the job security and protection they enjoyed earlier. This made employers force labourers to work overtime with minimal cost to manage their expenses.
