    Given that a die is thrown.
    A die consists of six sides and it has 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 dots.
    The multiples of 2 are 4,6 and multiples of 3 is 6 only.
    Let us assume that the probability of getting a multiple of 2 or 3 be =P(A).
    As we know that probability can be find with the formula is,
    Probability=Number of favorable outcomestotal number of outcomes Multiples of both 2 or 3 are 2,3,4 and 6. It means there are 4 favorable outcomes out of total 6.
    So using the formula,
    P(A)=46
    P(A)=23
    So,The probability of getting multiples of 2 or 3 is 23.
    Hence, the option 1 is correct.
