    Given data:
    Length of box (l) = 80cm.
    Breadth of box (b)=  30cm.
    Height of box (h)=  40cm.
    The box is drawn from the given data. It is in cuboid shape.
    The area of cuboid box is 2(l × b) + 2(b × h) + 2(l × h).
    Area of paper required = area of base +2 area of side to be covered +area of back.
    ⟹ (l × b) + 2 (b × h) + (l × h)
    (80×30)+2(30×40)+(80×40) 2400+2400+3200 8000cm2 Hence, the area of the box to be covered is 8000cm2.
