    The given equations are,
     3a-2b=-10,
    2a+3b=2 From first equation we have,
    a=2b-103
    Put the value of a in the second equation.
    2×2b-103+3b=2 4b-20+9b=6 13b=26 b=2 Putting the value of b in the first equation.
    a=2b-103
    a=22-103 a=-2
    Therefore, a=-2 and  b=2.
    Hence, the correct option is 1.
