    The object should be placed 60 cm from the convex mirror to get a magnification of 13.
    Given,
    u1 = -30 cm
     m = 12
    The formula of magnification is given as
       m= -v1u1
    12= -v1-30             v1= +15 cm     Using mirror formula
       1f= 1u1+1v1
    1f= 1-30+115         f= +30 cm      ………..(1)
    Again,                                           m'= -v2u2
    13 = -v2u2 
    v2 = -u23        ………….(2)
    Using mirror formula again
    1f= 1u2+1v2
    Using equations (1) and (2)
       130= 1u2-3u2
    130= -2u2
      u2= -60 cm
