Test for Children With Special Needs (CWSN):
- Select any 4 out of 27 items. Choose one from each category: Aerobic Function, Body Composition, Muscular Strength & Endurance, Range of Motion or Flexibility.
- CWSN (Children With Special Needs – Divyang) can choose from Bocce/Boccia, Sitting Volleyball, Wheelchair Basketball, Unified Badminton, Unified Basketball, Unified Football, Blind Cricket, Goalball, Floorball, Wheelchair Races and Throws, or any other Sport/Game they prefer.
- Children with Special Needs can also choose one Sport/Game from the list as an alternative to Yogic Practices. However, the Sport/Game must be different from the ‘Proficiency in Games and Sports’ test.
- The Record File should include:
- Practical-1: Fitness tests administration. (SAI Khelo India Test)
- Practical-2: Procedure for Asanas, Benefits & Contraindications for any two Asanas for each lifestyle disease.
- Practical-3: Choose any one IOA recognized Sport/Game. Include a labeled diagram of the Field & Equipment. Also, mention its Rules, Terminologies & Skills.
