Exam Pattern of NEET 2018 Question Paper
NEET 2018 is an objective type entrance test. It consists of 180 questions. The paper has three sections: physics, chemistry, and biology. Several questions from physics is 45, from chemistry is 45, and from biology is 90. There are four options for each question, from which only 1 is correct and the rest are wrong.
Four marks are awarded for one correct answer. NEET 2018 Question Paper has negative marking criteria, too. One mark is deducted for one wrong answer. And no mark is given or deducted for letting the question. The total mark for the paper was 720.
The question paper was in eleven languages. These were Hindi, Bengali, Oriya Tamil, Assamese, Telugu, Gujarati, Marathi, and Kannada.

NEET 2018 Question Paper Analysis
The difficulty level of the NEET 2018 question paper was easy to moderate. It was easier than last year’s question paper. Mostly the questions were direct and also less time consuming. Many questions were directly from the NCERT concepts. There were 10 to 12 conceptual questions. These required interlinking skills of concepts. So overall, there were 25 tough questions, 45 moderate, and 110 easy questions.
NEET 2018 Question Paper: Chemistry Pattern
The questions of chemistry were moderately difficult. Questions from physical chemistry were formula-based, from inorganic multi-conceptual questions were there. From class 11th, 25 questions were there and from class 12th, 20 questions were there in the NEET 2018 Question Paper. There was only one difficult question. The remaining was easy or moderate.

NEET 2018 Question Paper: Biology Pattern
Questions from biology were easiest in every term. 46 questions were from class 12th and around 44 were from class 11th NEET syllabus. Nine questions were tough, 33 were moderately difficult and 48 questions were easy. If we compare biology with last year’s paper, this question paper was easier and application-based questions were also less.

NEET 2018 Question Paper: Physics Pattern
The toughest and lengthiest part of the NEET 2018 Question Paper. 24 questions were from class 12 and 21 from the class 11 syllabus. There were 34 easy questions, 9 moderate, and 2 difficult questions.
