NSEB Syllabus 2024-25

The NSEB, officially the National Standard Examination in Biology, is an annual exam organized jointly by the Association of Teachers in Biological Science (ATBS), the Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT), and the Homi Bhabha Center for Science Education (HBCSE).

Each year, about 30,000 students register for the NSEB Olympiad, which features multiple-choice questions. It costs only INR 150 to enroll for this exam. Students who score well in NSEB stand a chance to qualify for the prestigious International Biology Olympiad (IBO).

NSEB Syllabus 2024-25

The NCERT Biology textbook, part of the CBSE curriculum, forms the base for most of the NSEB syllabus.
