    To participate, candidates were required to be present in person at the director’s conference room at NEIGRIHMS, Shillong, between 9:30 AM and 10:20 AM. During the counseling, candidates needed to bring their original documents along with photocopies. The first round of counselling occurred on August 4 in an offline setting.

    Domicile: You must be a resident of Meghalaya and hold a Permanent Resident Certificate. However, there are exceptions for:

    Children of government employees (Central/State/UT) or All India Services currently working in Meghalaya.

    Age: You should be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2023.

    Qualification: You must have completed Class XII or its equivalent from a recognized institute or board. Your core subjects should include Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and English. If you’re waiting for your Class XII results, you can still apply for Meghalaya MBBS 2023 counseling. However, your admission will be provisional, contingent on your qualifying exam scores.
